The exceptional kindness of the staff from the front desk to the maids to the kitchen staff and janitors. The proximity to the Tec de Monterrey. The view, although I wish it was bigger (higher). The proximity to restaurants, gas, and convenience stores. The very nice wait staff at the restaurant below.

The hotel has a good breakfast and location is perfect. Very close to the TEC campus and restuarants.
