The exceptional kindness of the staff from the front desk to the maids to the kitchen staff and janitors. The proximity to the Tec de Monterrey. The view, although I wish it was bigger (higher). The proximity to restaurants, gas, and convenience stores. The very nice wait staff at the restaurant below.

The room was nice with a very comfortable bed, the location was very nice with a lot of bars and restaurants. Cleanliness was always top and the staff was very friendly.
